Rudolph Workout

We displayed the picture on the screen for a reminder of the exercises for the students. Santa=push up, Rudolph= burpee, Reindeer= squat, and Christmas= jumping jack. Play the song Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer and exercise away! We had the students jump in place later throughout the day (this video was our first try at this) because we noticed many would march in place rather than jog. We also did a star jack later in the day to make the jumping jack more explosive. The second Rudolph song we played had the echo in it to make it more rigorous (Rudolph the red nose reindeer (reindeer), had a very shiny nose (like a lightbulb), etc.
