Very fun plank competition today in #physed for our muscular endurance station. One person is team red & other is team yellow. At the end of 20 seconds who has more of their cones w/ a foam ball on top. Matches start and end w/ a plank handshake. pic.twitter.com/Z9PTIasvEb
