Fruit Loops warmup

Students kick deck rings (“fruit loops”)across the gym floor trying to hit another students foot. A student that gets hit in the foot should complete a predetermined number of an exercise before rejoining the activity. Variation: have the color of each ring designate the exercise(s) to be performed. Ex: Green=run a lap, blue=jumping jacks, etc.
