“The Circle of Life” performance at a college football game!

This just happened last night!

I made up a performance to Elton John’s “The Circle of Life” song from “The Lion King” and we performed it last night at Midwestern State University’s Half-time game.  I bought gold and blue streamers at Michael’s for the props, and the gold rings held by the girls in front are plastic wrings covered in shiny gold paper.

We had SIX practices for this.  The ages are kindergarten through 5th graders.  It went off flawlessly.  I had one very large colorful parachute and 2 smaller parachutes.  3/4/5th girls did the “gold rings” the chorus.
