“5210” RAP for healthy living!

I teach the 5210 model for healthy living.  Here is more information on 5210:

I made up this “rap” and I divided the 5th grade class into 2 groups:  boys and girls.  I challenged each to come up with a skit to go along with their memorization of this rap.  This video is of the boys “rap” and what they did.

5210 is the way!

Fruit and veggies – 5 not 4!

2 hours screen time – no MORE!

1 hour or more of exercise!

Zero sugary drinks, more WATER be WISE!
