What do you do when kids wear the wrong shoes? Need a refocus break? Have an Injury, feel sick or don’t participate?

We use these forms that are always hanging up ready to go as a quick parent communication tool so that when any of these situations arise, we have a system that kids can participate in and allows us to let parents (and teachers) know what happened in class and helps to keep kids accountable as well
