Heart Attack

This is a warm up tag game. When a tagger with a yellow yarn ball tags a student, they sit down. We talk about negative habits that contribute to poor heart health before we play. Students with the red yarn balls(healthy hearts) hand them to students who are sitting so they can run again. Those students with the red yarn balls are on the look out for students who need a “healthy heart”. You can vary the number of taggers and red yarn balls depending on your class.
