Cupstack Relay Warm-Up

Have a cupstack relay race to build a variety of different cup patterns.  It is a lot fo fun for the students and the possibilities of cup formations are endless.  if you have two students on one team, the “waiting” student should exercise as they anticipating their partners return. 

You can use this activity as a warm-up, or as a heart rate check center.  You may also have the younger students perform locomotor skills as they are traveling back and forth.
