Battleship with different variations

By the way if the students look wacky today it’s because it’s Spirit Week and today is Wacky Tacky Day!!!!!!

Play a time limit of 4 minutes.  Place 1 pin in each corner of the battleship. Teams try to throw gatorballs at the other teams pins.  Start with all the balls in the middle.  On signal 1 person from a team may scoot out to supply their team with balls to throw.  Once a pin falls down it stays down.  See who can have at least one or pins up at the buzzer.

VARIATIONS

1.  Play with 2 scooters

2. Place pins anwhere around the mat.

3.  Play until there is only 1 team left with a pin.

4.  If all 4 pins get knocked down then the scooter player can try to shoot a ball into a basketball hoop to get 1 pin back.

5.  Put big garbage can in middle of gym and if all pins have fallen down the throwers on the battleship can try to throw the ball in the can to get 2 pins back.
