Continuous Line Hockey

1.  Divide class in half

2. Three students (from each team) playing on court at a time the rest are goalies defending the wall (the goal)

3.  Students play until they score, when a team scores, all six players (three from each team) fall back to play goalie and the next three students from each team hustle out to gain control of the puck and attempt to score. This is meant to be a fast pace lead up/fitness game.  A goal should be scored about every 30 seconds.  If there is not enough action I usually call “line change” which means that the students that are playing will fall back and play goalie and the next set will hustle out and play (just like after a goal)
