“Wall Toss Test” PE Challenges at Home

Welcome to Mr D’s PE Challenge at Home #4 “The Alternate Hand Wall Toss Test” (AHWT Test). What you’ll need: – Some tape (Duct or masking tape preferable) – Tennis ball – Wall – Friend/timer Set-up: – Stick some tape on the wall at eye-level – Stick some tape on the ground 1 big step (1 metre) from the wall Key rules: – You need to throw left hand, right hand etc – You get 1 point every time you successfully throw and catch – You get a bonus point if you hit the tape on the wall – You lose a point if you drop the ball – Count how many points you get in 30 seconds Let me know how you went in the comments below!
