Slapball with a Twist

You will need at least 6 different colored balls, 6 poly spots with exercises on them that match the 6 balls and at least 1 “different” ball to be used as a bonus ball. When the game begins everyone moves around the gym and slaps a ball. If the ball hits you you go to the poly spot that matches the color ball that hit you. You do the exercise on the spot 10 times and then enter the game again. If you get hit with the “other” ball you do another activity…ie…run 2 laps and then enter the game again. This is a great game and the kids love it…they never stop moving! Give it a try! I think you will like it! If you don>t have the poly spots with exercises on them you can make your own or use laminated construction paper and put it on the wall.
