Scooterville 500

In a previous lesson, students practiced all the safe ways of riding a scooter (knees, butt using only feet, butt using only hands, on the pelvis using only hands, etc). They participated in this lesson as their second lesson. They had to do one lap around the track and switch with their partners when they finished. They did this for so many laps and we used a variety of ways to travel on the scooter. Add some fun at the beginning and tell the students to “Start their engines!” (Sorry for the poor video quality- the ipad wouldn’t transfer the video so I had to video the ipad!)
