Meyer Fitness Stations

This video shows 3rd graders completing 12 fitness stations. Each station is about 2 minutes in length and they rotate from station to station when the music pauses. All students in our school, kindergarten through fifth grade, are capable of completing the stations. Focus is not on perfection of the station but on continual movement and student safety. The students actually enjoy completing the stations with their friends and leave class tired and sweaty!
