Football Fake

Ball handlers carrying the football from one end of the court to the other end of the court attempt to weave, fake, and cut through the defense. If a ball carrier reaches the other end of the court without being tagged, he scores a touchdown and returns out of bounds to the starting line to immediately begin again. If a ball carrier during his run steps out of bounds or gets tagged by a defender, the ball carrier must step out of bounds and return to the starting line to immediately begin his run again. Ball carriers can only run in one direction on the court. The defenders are assigned a designated line to run back and forth on to try and tag the ball carriers. An advantage to this activity is that you don>t have two teams rushing at each other. With defenders assigned to a line, it is a more controlled activity.
