Noodle Smackdown

Two teams will be divided into offense and defense. The noodle defense will stand in a circle around the goal target. Defense is allowed to jump or pivot on one foot to block. Offense must show with correct basketball form or use underhand tossing. After shooting, players must run to get balls to shoot. The distance for the range of shooting can be adjusted to increase skill level. Do equal one minute rounds of shooting and rally count the score for the winner. Remind students that doing an overhand throw will increase the risk of knocking the bucket goal over, losing all points for the round.
