Hot Potato Tag

The students are working on overhand throwing and catching with a baseball glove and a yarn ball.  The students play catch with a partner with music playing and when the music stops the student with the ball is the tagger and their partner will run away and the tagger will try to hit them with the yarn ball to turn them into the tagger.  When the music starts up they will play catch again to see who will turn into the tagger the next time the music stops.
