It’s always helpful to take a little time to explain to your kids WHY they are doing the activity they’re doing in your class
.
I always appreciate my teachers so much who took the time to do this for me as a kid
.
Once we understand how something will benefit us, we’re more likely to be motivated and engaged in the activity 👍🏻
.
Also, If you can point out that the best of the best are doing something (Pro Sports Players or Olympic Athletes) I’ve found that to be a pretty good motivator for kids and an easy way to show them the value in it
