Soccer game that promotes close ball control and/or shielding. Each student has a soccer ball. Half of the students have the soccer ball at their feet while the other half are holding their soccer ball in their hands. When the game begins the students holding the soccer balls in their hands run around and try to drop their ball on a students ball that is dribbling. If they can do that, the two students switch roles. The objective is to see how long you can shield your soccer ball and keep it at your feet. Tip: Students should keep their body in-between the defender and their ball.
