Fitness Board Game

In this activity we put exerciese cards all around the outside of the baketball court. We cover the cards with polyspots. To start everyone must stand on a polyspot we roll 2 dice add them together and then move forward that # of spots. When students get to their new spot they look at the exercise and then go do it and return to the spot. All of the equipment is in the middle. When everyone is done we roll again. For variation you can add a penny to move forward or backwards.
