Five components of fitness

Students are divided into groups, each group has one person that runs to the bucket and pulls out a colored card with a component of fitness, then takes it back to their group and they follow instructions on card, then come back for another card and continue this until all the cards are gone. Then they get a color sheet with a turkey and 5 feathers on it. Each group has to use their cards and match the components of fitness they belong to and color the feathers the same color as the cards.
