Opposite Game

Have students start in general space. Tell the class the three rules: They must freeze when the teacher says freeze, they must do the opposite of what the teacher says, and when the game is over, it is really over. The teacher starts with any movement. The students perform the opposite of what the teacher says. For example, if the teacher says stand up, all students sit down.
