P.E. Basketball Game: “Basket”-Ball

"Basket"-Ball is a great introductory basketball game for early elementary students in P.E. It is a great game to practice proper shooting form when regular goals are too high, or when you do not have access to regular goals.

Spread some poly spots and baskets/buckets around your playing area, split the class into groups of 2-3, and give each team a gator ball and home base hula hoop.

Students take their ball to a poly spot and attempt one shot at any basket around them. If successful, they take their dot back to their home base.
