This is a reminder I give my kids anytime we’re about to get into our warmup 💡

The basic idea is, hopefully for them to find a pace they can comfortably move at without stopping for 2 minutes and avoid crashing into anyone or anything 🙏🏻

This seems super basic, but if you teach PE, you know it is a major struggle for kids to learn how to pace themselves😅

I start letting my kiddos pass each other during our warmup in 2nd grade because that’s their first year doing a full length Pacer Test 👌🏻
