Cardio 3 Passes

Divide the gym into 3 spaces. 1/4 of the kids are in one side with a large ball. 1/4 of the kids are on the opposite side with small ball. The remaining students are divided so 1/2 of the class is on one side and the other 1/2 is on the opposite side with an empty space in the middle. Students begin by throwing the ball with someone who does not have a ball 3 times. After 3 throws, the person without ball crosses the empty space and finds a new person to play catch with play continues until the time allotted is up
