This K-5 warm-up comes from the song “Balancing act”. The Balancing Act is a song that invites young children to practice their balancing skills in fun and creative ways. It was written by Kevin Quinn and is part of the original award winning Kids in Motion program created by Dance/Movement Educator, Julie Weissman Markovitz. This and all of the other music videos from the show aired on Nickelodeon for several years after the original home video release by CBS/Fox in 1987. Grade level outcomes for elementary students.
