Friendship Treasure Hunt (Classroom Activity)

Attached is an activity I do in the classroom.  Students ask their classmates questions from the sheet! Each classmate can only sign a paper once.  After all is answered, they bring it to the teacher and u number in the order you get them. At the end of class, go over the sheets.
