1. Sponsor
The PE Universe World’s Best Activity Idea Contest is sponsored and administered by Gopher Sport.

2. Agreement to Rules
By entering or voting in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Gopher Sport, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.

3. Eligibility
The contest is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Entry is free.

To enter or vote, participants must have a PE Universe account. Creating a PE Universe account is free.

Employees, ambassadors, vendors, and immediate family members of Gopher Sport, as well as others involved in the administration of this contest, are not eligible to enter.

This contest is void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring that participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.

4. Contest Period
The contest begins on March 24, 2026 and ends on May 31, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. CDT.

All entries must be received by the deadline above. Voting also ends on May 31, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. CDT.

5. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must:

• Create or log in to a PE Universe account
• Upload a video entry directly to the contest page on PE Universe
• Comply with all PE Universe upload requirements and these Official Rules

There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may submit.

Team, class, or group entries are allowed. However, each submission must be uploaded through a single PE Universe account, and any prize associated with that submission will be awarded only to the account holder tied to the entry.

Once submitted, entries may not be edited, replaced, or resubmitted.

6. Entry Requirements
Each entry must:

• Be appropriate for physical education
• Comply with PE Universe upload requirements
• Be submitted by someone who owns the content or has all necessary rights and permissions to submit it
• Not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity

By submitting an entry, the entrant represents and warrants that:

• The entrant owns the video or has full permission to submit it
• The entrant has permission from all individuals appearing in the video
• The entrant has permission to use any music, images, logos, or other third-party content included in the video
• The entry does not contain content that is unlawful, infringing, offensive, unsafe, deceptive, or inappropriate

Entries that are inappropriate, unrelated to physical education, unsafe, or in violation of copyright or other legal standards may be removed at any time in Gopher Sport’s sole discretion.

7. Public Display and Removal
Entries may appear publicly on the contest page after upload. Gopher Sport is not required to review entries before they are posted.

However, Gopher Sport reserves the right to remove, disqualify, or restrict access to any entry at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the entry violates these Official Rules, PE Universe policies, applicable law, or the spirit of the contest.

8. Voting
Voting is open to PE Universe members only. Voting is free, but users must create an account or log in to vote.

Each logged-in PE Universe member may vote once per video per day during the voting period.

Participants may vote for their own entries.

Gopher Sport reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to monitor voting activity and remove votes or disqualify entries associated with suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, automated, or unfair voting behavior. Gopher Sport’s decisions regarding vote validity are final.

9. Winner Selection
Subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules, the eligible entry receiving the highest number of valid votes by May 31, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. CDT will be declared the winner.

If a potential winning entry is found to be ineligible or in violation of these Official Rules, Gopher Sport may disqualify that entry and select an alternate winner based on the next-highest number of valid votes.

In the event of a tie for the grand prize, the tied winners will split the total prize value equally.

10. Prize
One grand prize will be awarded:

• One (1) $1,000 Gopher gift card
• Approximate retail value: $1,000

If a group submission wins, the prize will be awarded only to the PE Universe account holder under whose account the video was submitted. Distribution of any prize among group members is solely the responsibility of the account holder and not Gopher Sport.

If a winner cannot be contacted or is found to be ineligible, the winner will forfeit the prize.

No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of the prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of Gopher Sport. Gift card terms and restrictions may apply.

11. First 20 Entries Promotion
The first 20 eligible entries received on the contest page will receive an “I Heart PE” t-shirt.

An eligible entry must comply with these Official Rules and PE Universe requirements. Gopher Sport reserves the right to determine the order in which entries are received based on its official system records.

12. Ownership and License
Entrants retain ownership of their submitted content.

However, by submitting an entry, each entrant grants Gopher Sport and PE Universe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, display, distribute, promote, and create derivative works from the entry, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, for promotional, marketing, editorial, contest, and business purposes, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

This license includes the right to use the entrant’s name, likeness, school or organization name, and other identifying information in connection with the contest and the promotion of the contest or PE Universe.

13. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email using the contact information associated with their PE Universe account.

Gopher Sport is not responsible for failed, bounced, filtered, unanswered, lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries, uploads, votes, or notifications.

14. Right to Modify, Suspend, or Cancel
Gopher Sport reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the contest, or any part of it, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, platform issues, or any other cause that affects the fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the contest.

15. Disqualification
Gopher Sport may disqualify any entrant or voter who, in its sole discretion:

• Violates these Official Rules
• Submits inappropriate, infringing, or ineligible content
• Attempts to tamper with the entry or voting process
• Uses fraudulent or unfair methods to gain votes
• Misrepresents identity, ownership, or eligibility

Disqualification decisions are final. No appeal process will be provided.

16. Platform Policies
All entries and participation are also subject to applicable PE Universe Terms of Use, upload requirements, and Privacy Policy.

17. Final Decisions
All decisions regarding eligibility, entry compliance, vote validity, winner determination, content removal, and rule interpretation will be made by Gopher Sport and are final.
