PE Assessment Schedule

Attached you will find an individual student’s assessment schedule.  This sheet is created when they start first grade within our district. If a student moves, within the district I send an electronic copy of the sheet to the new PE teacher. If the student moves out of district, I print off a copy and add it to their file for their new school.
