The Egg warm-up

It sounds silly but making your bodies into shapes of eggs is so much fun. This warm-up is perfect in the gym or classroom. At times, I have a good listener come up and wear the egg costume and lead the class. I try to add different exercises into it as well. For the Grade-Level Outcomes for Elementary students (K-5th) Standard 1: Demonstrates competency in a variety of motor skills and movement patterns.
