Has anyone ever play a modified version of Four Square with Kindergarten? If so how did it go? Did they enjoy it?

We start out by playing games in the four square such as Pac Man or Scramble. Rotation is very difficult and so is deciding who is out, so I stick with throwing and catching skills while playing games such as "Don't drop the Ball" with underhand tosses, whoever drops the ball goes out and the rest move up. If they get that, we can move on to "One bounce Four Square" where you must catch it after one bounce and before it bounces twice. We don't do the striking version until second or third grade.
