What to do w/ fit scores

Instead of just taking fitness scores and redoing them in the spring...make kids set a goal and then create a warmup around that goal. Check to see if they reached the goal partway through the year with a self check. Then at the end of the school year so a year end summary of the fitness goals and tests!
